Each capsule provides 500 mg of turmeric root extract standardized to 95% curcuminoids together with 5.3 mg of BioPerine® black pepper extract standardized to 95% piperine.
Evidence Note
Curcumin has substantial human evidence for joint-support outcomes. Systematic reviews and meta-analyses of randomized trials report favorable effects on knee-osteoarthritis pain, stiffness, and function, and newer analyses of curcumin plus piperine also report improvements in selected inflammatory and oxidative-stress biomarkers. This product combines 500 mg of highly standardized curcuminoids with BioPerine®.

Suggested Use
