GTF Plus combines magnesium, zinc, manganese, chromium picolinate, and vitamin B6 forms. Chromium participates in normal insulin signaling and macronutrient metabolism, but supplementation effects are most relevant in people with impaired glycemic control and should not be described as a general treatment for sugar cravings or prediabetes.
Evidence Note
Systematic-review evidence suggests chromium supplementation may modestly improve HbA1c and fasting glucose in some people with diabetes, but results are variable and long-term clinical benefit is uncertain. Evidence that chromium or this finished formula specifically reduces sugar cravings is not established.

Important Safety Considerations
- This formula contains a high total amount of vitamin B6 when pyridoxine and P5P are considered together. Avoid stacking with other high-dose B6 products unless directed by your healthcare professional.
- Long-term excessive vitamin B6 exposure can cause sensory neuropathy.
